Cancellation Policy

Refund Procedure (for orders not yet delivered or picked up)

  • For our standard range we accept cancellations and will provide a full refund or store credit if an order is cancelled before 4 Days of scheduled delivery / pickup.
  • For customized dessert packages a separate refund policy condition will be emailed based on size and criteria
  • We do not offer cash refunds for cancellations within 4 Days of scheduled delivery / pickup date.

Refund Procedure (for orders already delivered or picked up)

  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products or service and would like a store credit refund, email us within 3 days of the order pick up or delivery date. We will assess your claim and determine if we can offer a refund based on the situation. We will get back to you within 48 hours of your complaint.

Refund Method

  • If your order is eligible for a refund as per the above conditions, we will refund the amount as using the method that you paid with or provide a store credit code to use on our website.
  • Please note that we do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances for cancellations within 4 Days.
